The People

Close to the city, but with a village atmosphere, Seven Hills is very popular amongst both professionals and families. Seven Hills is filled with families, in the mornings the school rush is on but also has parents walking with prams, dogs or both, grabbing a coffee at the Rabbit Hole Cafè or chatting with a friend.
There are many multi-generational families in the suburb, as it truly does cater to all. Recent years have seen a sharp increase in interest from young professionals seeking a quiet suburban lifestyle without compromising on the ability to quickly get into Brisbane. Seven Hills has a real village feel with its own shopping strip and 2 cafès which attracts a good weekend morning crowd along with the midweek before school coffee. The suburb boasts one of the best views of Brisbane at Paramount Lookout.

The Homes

Seven Hills is very much a traditional Brisbane suburb with the classic Queenslander being prominent. The house blocks can be larger here which has meant that a number of older highset homes have been removed and newer, grandeur homes are being built. There are only a few newly constructed quality apartments that are highly sought after.
